Building a foundation
for health equity.
The design of our facility was shaped by feedback from the community at various neighborhood events coordinated in partnership with Hallmark Planning & Development, a Buffalo-based, minority-owned urban planning consulting firm specializing in community planning, public engagement, placemaking, and commercial real estate. Additional input was gathered from community stakeholders and advisors, as well as Evergreen Health and CAS employees.

The opening of this state-of-the-art, 36,000-square-foot, three-story building is projected for Spring 2026. View the latest renderings of the building below from Buffalo-based architecture and engineering firm, CPL.
