Steel Pile Installation Begins at 3070 Bailey Ave

A project update from our Construction Team:

It all starts with a solid foundation! Steel pile installation has begun at 3070 Bailey Avenue.

What’s a steel pile, you ask? They are steel columns that are driven into the bedrock to help support the load of the building.

A total of 96 steel piles are needed for this project, with each one taking 10-15 minutes to drive fully into the ground.

What’s next for the project? Excavation for the elevator pit. Stay tuned!
