First Phase of Site Work for the Ken-Bailey Project Complete

Evergreen Health and Community Access Services (CAS) announced today the first phase of site work for the Ken-Bailey Project was completed, celebrating yet another milestone toward opening the new healthcare facility to be located at 3070 Bailey Avenue. 

A small existing structure of a former deli on site was demolished this month allowing work for the foundation to begin.

Evergreen Health and CAS look forward to additional site work and kicking off building construction once the weather breaks in the spring. The opening of the new comprehensive healthcare center is projected for early 2026.

Evergreen Health and CAS are leading the Ken-Bailey Project to ensure inclusive and judgment-free health care is accessible to more people in the community with a long-term goal of eradicating health inequity through unconditional care.
